AIPEDEU has given a call for INDEFINITE STRIKE from 16th Oct,2012. Frustrated GDS employees have been agitating over the issue when the assurances are not honored. Time and again the bureaucracy is playing its disruptive game with the unions and making us humble. No consultation with staff side, periodical meetings are not held periodically, committees are constituted to dodge the issues and to dilute the very purpose and so on and so forth.
NOW IT IS TIME THAT BONUS WOULD BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY. THIS TIME ALSO THE SAME DISCRIMINATION SHOULD NOT CONTINUE, ESPECIALLY ON G.D.S.
Same is the position in respect of RETROGRADE STEP OF REDUCTION OF TRCA, Compassionate appointment AND LONG PENDING ACTION TOWARDS DEPARTMENTALISATION - MEASURES TO MAKE THEM FULL TIMERS.
We should rationally think WHETHER UNITED STRUGGLE, THAT TOO INDEFINITE STRUGGLE, in the given situation is IDEAL when the Govt. granted recognition to federations without GDS unions. Whether the departmental employees are ready to sacrifice for the sake of GDS? Whether departmental employees are ready to FIGHT TO THE LAST?
It is time to think properly and act sanely. We shall see the interest of the oppressed community and the commitment of the AIPEDEU. Being a close associate of Com.S.S.Mahadevaiah, the General Secretary and knowing each and every stage of struggles and sacrifices and his routine WE strongly feel that there is nothing to precipitate and presume ANYTHING ADVERSE of the 16th Oct,2012 indefinite strike.
IF THERE IS ANY STRUGGLE FOR ANY RIGHT CAUSE, OUR DUTY IS TO SUPPORT IT AND MAKE IT A SUCCESS. AFTER ALL IT IS OUR GRATITUDE EXPRESSED FOR THE HELP/SUPPORT TAKEN ALREADY FROM THEM/OTHERS!
LET TRUE UNITY IS BUILT FOR THE GOOD HEALTH OF THE POSTAL MOVEMENT!

dear comrade thanks for ur concern.but the GS of AIPEDEU is commenting on NFPE & its leaders in many open session.is this correct cant you advise him.
