NOTICE OF CIRCLE COUNCIL MEETING

            It Is hereby notified under the provisions of Articles 31 of this Union constitution that the Circle Council meeting of this Union will be held from 10.30AM onwards on 9^th and 10th of June 2012 at HMT Officer’s Club, H.M.T Factory compound, Tumkur-572103 to transact the following Agenda.  Com.S.Devapala, Circle President would preside.

AGENDA

1.      Review of the minutes of the last Working Committee and Circle conference.

2.      Organisational review.

3.      Financial review.

4.      Staff problems,

5.      Issues arising out of administrative lapses, illegal acts and agitations at circle and divisional levels:

6.      Any other subject with the permission of the chair.   

All the members of the CWC and Circle Councilors are requested to participate in the meeting on time.

The circle council of the above union is scheduled to be held at Tumkur from 9^th to 10^th of June,2012, copy of the notice is enclosed. 

Kindly grant special CL to:

a)       the office bearers of the circle union, list already submitted.

b)      the circle councilors and divisional secretaries, list will be submitted to the divisional heads by the respective divisional secretaries.
