NOTICE OF CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING

            It Is hereby notified under the provisions of Articles 31 of this Union constitution that the Circle Working committee meeting of this Union will be held from 10.30AM onwards on 9^th and 10th of June 2012 at HMT Officer’s Club, H.M.T Factory compound, Tumkur-572103 to transact the following Agenda.  Com.S.Devapala, Circle President would preside.

AGENDA

1.        Review of the minutes of the last Working Committee and Circle conference.

2.        Organizational review.

3.        Financial review.

4.        Staff problems,

5.        Issues arising out of administrative lapses, illegal acts and agitations at circle and divisional levels.

6.        Any other subject with the permission of the chair.   

All the members of the CWC are requested to participate in the meeting on time.
