DEAR COMRADES,
As desired by most of the GDS staff
circle union of AIPEDEU has filed a case in Bangalore CAT and GOT STAY ORDERS
on DIRECT RECRUITMENT OF POSTMEN FROM OPEN MARKET.
Since the attacks on GDS employees’
is increasing day by day such action was in fact forced upon the UNION AND A
FEW GDS STAFF AGITATING OVER THE INJUSTICE AND ARBITRARY ACTION.
ANY ILLEGAL
CONTRACT IS VOID! Department’s plea
that JCM leaders agreed for such change of Recruitment rule does not hold water
as it is against the interest of 2.8 lakh GDS who have been exploited all
along, over decades in this democratic country.
THE C.A.T has directed the
Secretary, Department of Post to review the matter within 2 months and till
such time the process will be in suspended animation.
